I developed a new model to help organisations focus on their health and ongoing fitness rather than the more static traditional measure of employee engagement as a proxy for organisational health. Client research was used to validate the model which has since been used in a variety of client assignments and informed conversations on the health of our own consulting practice at a global level.


I then leveraged my work on this model to help Amnesty International.  Working with   the Group Organising Coordinator at Amnesty International to develop a model and qualitative assessment to assess the health and long term sustainability of the grass root action groups. This model is currently in place and used to assess all Amnesty International groups across Australia.
